The App is a forex trading practice simulator. It does not require you to create an account, and we do not collect any personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or payment information.

We may collect certain information automatically when you use the App, including:

  • Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
  • Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the App, such as the features you use and the time spent on the App.

The App uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. These services include:

Google AdMob

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements within the App. AdMob may collect and process data such as:

  • Device advertising identifiers (e.g., Google Advertising ID)
  • IP address
  • Device and browser information
  • Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)
  • Approximate location (derived from IP address)

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

3. Data Storage

All your trading practice data (portfolio, watchlist, trade history) is stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage. We do not transmit or store your trading data on any external servers. If you uninstall the App or clear the App's data, your locally stored information will be permanently deleted.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Information may be shared only in the following circumstances:

  • With Google AdMob: As described in Section 1.3, to serve advertisements.
  • Legal Requirements: If required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
  • Protection of Rights: To protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or others.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete such information.

6. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information collected through the App. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.

7. Your Choices

  • Advertising ID: You can opt out of personalized advertising by adjusting your device settings. On Android, go to Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization.
  • Data Deletion: You can delete all locally stored App data by clearing the App's storage or uninstalling the App.

8. Third-Party Links

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
